WILDEN PUMP
Pro-Flo SHIFT Series
The Wilden® Pro-Flo® SHIFT (PS) is the industry’s premier air distribution system (ADS) and your ideal solution to increase productivity, lower energy consumption, reduce air consumption and simplify maintenance. With design benefits unmatched by any other ADS on the market, the innovative, yet simple PS features an air control spool that automatically optimizes air consumption and eliminates overfilling of the air chamber with no reduction in flow rate. This design conserves energy while maximizing mean time between repair (MTBR) for your air-operated double-diaphragm (AODD) pump. Ideally suited for a wide variety of industrial applications, the PS is your go-to solution to maximize productivity and lower costs.
Pro-Flo SHIFT Bolted Metal
Bolted metal pumps ensure total product containment while offering the highest flow rates to maximize output and efficiency. Bolted metal pumps are available with either threaded (-20) or flanged (-30) connections.
Pro-Flo SHIFT Bolted Plastic
Bolted configuration ensures total product containment while the optimized liquid path reduces internal friction to maximize output and efficiency. Bolted plastic pumps come with either flanged or bolted connections.
Pro-Flo SHIFT Clamped Metal
Clamped configuration and robust design for demanding utilitarian liquid-handling applications that require long-term reliability without sacrificing ease of maintenance. A variety of elastomer options are available.

Specialty Series
Wilden’s Specialty Series Pumps are uniquely designed for specific markets and applications where a standard diaphragm pump won’t meet the performance needs.
Accu-Flo Electronic Control Pumps
Accu-Flo™ Series Air-Operated Double-Diaphragm (AODD) Pumps give you the critical external pump control necessary for exacting applications such as batching. Featuring a direct electrical interface that utilizes electrical impulses to stroke the pump instead of differential pressure, the Accu-Flo Series provides a variable stroke rate that you can easily control as needed. To meet your applications, Accu-Flo Series pumps are available as NEMA 5, NEMA 7 or ATEX-compliant, and come in a variety of voltage options
Saniflo Hygienic Pumps
Saniflo™ Hygienic™ Series (HS) Pumps are uniquely designed for high-cleanliness requirements and feature a free-draining flow path that enables clean-in-place (CIP) capability. The HS flow-through liquid-path design also eliminates any potential areas where product residue can be trapped and contaminate the product.
Saniflo FDA Pumps
The Saniflo™ FDA Series pumps are designed for standard food applications that don’t require the Hygienic™ Series (HS) design or clean-in-place (CIP) capability. They are well suited for sanitary applications moving high-acid, high-sugar and high-fat media. With simple installation and robust design, FDA pumps comply with FDA, CE, EC 1935/2004 and ATEX requirements
Turbo-Flo Utility Pumps
Famous for its long life and easy serviceability, the durable Wilden® Turbo-Flo™ Series is the first air distribution system (ADS) that originated in the air-operated double-diaphragm (AODD) pump industry. Though enhancements have been made, these pumps work well in certain applications where quality of the compressed air is a concern.
High Pressure Pumps
Wilden® High-Pressure Series Air-Operated Double-Diaphragm (AODD) Metal Pumps are equipped with a specialty air distribution system (ADS) that utilizes a double-acting power piston and Duplex technology to intensify fluid discharge pressure. Wilden high-pressure pumps reliably deliver the pressure performance of up to 20.7 bar (300 psig), making them perfect for a wide variety of high-pressure duties, including filtration, chemical sludge transfer and other viscous, solid-laden slurries
Stallion Mining Pumps
Wilden® Stallion® Series Air-Operated Double-Diaphragm (AODD) Pumps are ideally suited for rugged mining applications thanks to their unique ability to handle solid-laden mining slurries with ease. Furthering the Stallion Series pump’s ability to handle the toughest mining applications is a robust design featuring a large internal clearance and flow-through path for large-solids passage that prevents the pump from clogging.
Brahma Large Solids Handling Pumps
Legendary Wilden® and Brahma™ Series Air-Operated Double-Diaphragm (AODD) Pumps transfer solid-laden slurries safely and effectively. The Brahma Series utilizes a unique top inlet, bottom discharge orientation and flap valves to allow passage of large-size solids and avoid damage from product entrapment and settling of solids in intermittent-duty applications.
GPS CSA-Certified Pumps
Wilden® GPS Series pumps, equipped with the Pro-Flo® SHIFT Air Distribution System (ADS) and available in bolted metal construction, are certified by the Canadian Standards Association (CSA) to be powered by natural gas and maintain a safe, reliable operation. They are perfect for oil and gas operations where compressed air is not readily accessible but where natural gas is plentiful
UL Fuel Transfer Pumps
Wilden® pumps that have been certified to UL 79 standards to meet requirements for fuel transfer applications. Wilden UL-certified pumps can be used when dispensing gas products, fuels, petroleum or any other lubricating applications.
Velocity Compact Pumps
The Wilden® Velocity Series compact air-operated double-diaphragm (AODD) pump was designed with versatility. Featuring a unique detachable mounting foot, Velocity Series pumps can easily be reoriented into a vertical or horizontal position with multiple inlet and discharge port options, a critical consideration for systems and skids.
